Wednesday night dinners have resumed. Dinner is from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m.

Youth Sermon Series

"Salt and Light" a 4 week youth sermon series will be on Wednesdays, August 6-27. It will help students understand what it means to be salt and light in the world around them. 

SLT - Student Leadership Team

The GTBC Student Ministry will now have an SLT. Students in 10-12 grade who are interested in serving on this team should attend the Interest meeting on Wednesday, August 13 at 6:00 p.m. Be sure to fill out an application. Interviews will be conducted on Sunday, August 17. See Sammy for more info. 

Retiro de Varones "Mejor Hombre" 

Men's Retreat @ Riverbend in Glen Rose, September 5-6. 

Cost is $85 and includes housing, food, and a t-shirt. A $45 deposit and Registration are due August 15 (if you register after, you may not get a t-shirt). Register via Realm or call the church office. 

Women's Ministry

"Finding the Outlet to Serve" (1 Peter 4:10-11) Bible Study and Fellowship on Saturday, August 16 at 9:30 a.m. All GTBC women are invited to attend and bring a friend!

Married Couples Outing "Coffee & Gelato"

Saturday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m.

Student Parent Meeting

Sunday, August 24 at 12:15 p.m. 

GTBC Student Ministry parents are invited to attend this informative meeting about a new Missions trip opportunity in March, called Launch Box. 

Men's Ministry - Work Day

Saturday, August 30 at 9:30 a.m. GTBC men will continue to work on some areas of the church building. 

Texas Baptist Hunger Offering

Gifts will be accepted throughout the month with a special emphasis on Sunday, August 31 (5th Sunday). 

Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser

Grace Students and Grace Kids will have their very own Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser! 

This fun, family-friendly event will help raise funds for our Youth and Children's ministries. We'll need lots of hands and hearts to make it a success. Look for ways to sign up soon. 

New Classes Offered

Emily & Burt Habacon are leading a Sunday Small Group Parenting Class for parents of young children. The class will meet during the Sunday Small Group meeting times (11:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. on Joint Service Sundays). They're also leading a "Creation to Christ" Bible Study that will meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.
